The Suffern Free Library, a primary information hub for the community, provides diverse resources, innovative services and programs that enrich the lives of the residents of the Ramapo Central School District.
The Library’s Long Range Plan identifies our vision, values and goals through 2008. This plan was approved by the Board of Trustees on October, 2004.
What Happened With the Survey I Took In October?
Last October, many of you took a survey to help us determine your satisfaction with our services, as well as which new services to introduce and which existing services to eliminate. We have gathered and reviewed the statistics and suggestions and are currently in the process of writing a 5 year plan that incorporates some of these ideas. We found that many suggestions are things that require little or no money and we can immediately implement, while most are costly and require further investigation and planning.
